Normal Weekly Training Plan:


1 hour practices: 5:30 am, 12:00 noon, 6:30 pm held at
Hillenbrand Aquatic Center Monday through Friday




Monday: aerobic freestyle set, supplemental pull set. 3600y/3300m
Tuesday: middle distance i.m. set, supplemental kick set. 3000y/2800m
Wednesday: speed set, stroke technique. 3000y/2800m
Thursday: combination set (swim, kick, aerobic, speed). 3000y/2800m
Friday: aerobic freestyle set, supplemental pull set. 3600y/3300m
Saturday: VO2 max set, supplemental kick set. 3000y/2800m
